BUSINESS TAX PREPARATION

PERSONAL INCOME TAX PREPARATION
You provide us with your year-end income tax forms and other documents, and our accountants will do the rest. We will organize the information, input it into our tax software, review the final outcome with you, and then electronically file your tax return and have any refund direct deposited into your bank account. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and you will know the costs up front.
PAYROLL PROCESSING AND IRS COMPLIANCE
We offer our business clients a complete payroll service including the issuance of payroll checks, employee direct deposit, and payment of ALL payroll taxes. We will ensure compliance with the IRS by electronically filing all required quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, both state and federal. We will also issue your employees and subcontractor year-end tax forms, like Form W-2 and Form 1099.
FINANCIAL PLANNING
We provide financial and estate planning so our clients can rest assured that they will be able to approach retirement according to schedule. This may include, but is not limited to setting the setting up of IRA’s, conversion to ROTH IRA’s and other retirement type plans.
BOOKKEEPING & FINANCIAL STATEMENT PREPARATION
We offer our clients a full and complete bookkeeping experience. Provide your bank statements, check registers or Quickbooks reports and we will compile all of the information into our software and provide a complete financial statement which includes a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, bank reconciliation, detailed general ledger and transaction listing.
